  • ACCOMODATIONS

  • The only housing available at Pachamanka is space for camping. You will need to bring your own camping equipment.

    There is no internet access. Phone access is irregular; Verizon is the only service provider.

    If you prefer to stay in a hotel, please check that option below and we can provide you with choices. Please note that hotels may be a considerable drive away from Pachamanka.



  • We will be providing vegetarian meals, with the option of having everything vegan. Please share us any dietary restrictions you have so we can plan accordingly. We are happy to announce that there are opportunities for up to 3 individuals to assist with kitchen duties


  • Please let us know if you have accessibility requirements for attending the camp. We will do everything we can to meet your needs.


  • The camp is a safe and welcoming place.

    Transgendered folks are encouraged to come. We will ask for everyone's pronouns when we introduce ourselves. If you think there are other things we can do to make the camp more inclusive for transgendered participants, we welcome your feedback.




  • COST OF THE CAMP

  • Please put in the amount you are able to pay to come to the camp in the box marked "Quantity". The BASIC LEVEL is $400. And the ABUNDANCE LEVEL is $550 (for those who can afford to pay more and help subsidize another person coming). We offer 3 work-trade spots which are each $300 (10 hrs of work = $100 off BASIC LEVEL).

    There is also a partial scholarship for people of color. Contact us before completing the form.

    If you are overwhelmed with the cost and can't come up with a payment in one lump sum, contact us about making payments in installments.



  • 1. A single payment of the full tuition cost.
    2. A payment plan wherein full tuition is paid in the form of a non-refundable deposit and the remaining installment. If you opt for the payment plan, please fill out this registration form and return it with your non-refundable deposit. Your spot in the course is only guaranteed upon receiving full registration, either online or with the form.

    Scholarship and work trade announcements will be made on May 15, 2017.

    Full payment isJune 1st.

    Policies:

    If registration is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the course start date, the full course fee will be refunded minus a $70 non-refundable deposit. Requests for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the course start date will not receive a refund and registrants will be accountable for the entire course fee of $400.

    By registering for this camp, you grant the instructors the right to use photographs, videos, or voice recordings of you or your likeness, with or without your name, for publicity and educational purposes. If you would like to opt-out of the photo policy or have any other questions, please contacts us.

    Audio nor video recording of the course by participants will be permitted only with prior agreement.


  • DEPOSIT

  • After submitting your form, we request that you make a deposit of $75.
